You're probably wondering: What the heck is the
BC Cave? And why should I want to enter it?
We wanted to create a members only area where
we could feel free to share some of our best thinking with our good
friends. There's no charge to become a member, all you have to do is
just register. Provide a little information, and we'll review
and approve your membership.
We know you're probably thinking: Why is all this
necessary?
Life used to be so simple. Go to the Balmert
Consulting site and download what you want. Well,
we noticed that our site has been attracting a lot of folks who want
to figure out the Balmert Consulting secret ingredient; you know,
our competitors and worse, hackers.
We're flattered, but... you get the idea. And,
since we want to give our members even more and better stuff than before,
we felt this was the best way to know who we are talking to. Fair
enough?
Why'd you call it the BC Cave?
Around Balmert Consulting, aka, BC, whenever we
are preparing for a class, a presentation, when we need some quality
time to work on our client's initiatives or to develop new training
material we say we are "going in the Cave". We turn
off the phones, yes even our cell phones, shutdown the e-mail, or we
go somewhere off site.
The quality of thought
that comes when you can step away from all the distractions is incredible. We're
convinced the principal value we bring our clients and friends is "darn
good thinking" - the kind of thinking that helps them make a difference
- we spend a lot of time in the Cave. So, we thought we'd invite
you to join us in the BC Cave. (Nobody has ever gotten any value
from our astonishing good looks! - Imagine that.)
