How
to Attend One of Our Workshops as Our Guest
Often
we invite people to come to our Managing Safety Performance:
Skills for Supervisors and Managers and our Managing
Risk: Recognizing
What Can Hurt Them open
enrollment workshops as our guest! In fact, in the last year we have
trained over two hundred people for free.
Are
we crazy? We don't think so. Our prospective customers are very serious
and, I don't think they would mind me saying, "picky" people.
Before they select a training program for their site or company they
want to know if we have got the "right stuff" for their
organization. Of course, we are always happy to meet with them and
share what we know and what we teach. And, we are always willing
to e-mail or snail mail them lots of information. And, our existing
customers are always delighted to share their success stories. And,
I'm sure it pleases our prospective clients to learn we provide our
services at very reasonable rates. But, when it comes to training
their people, to changing the behavior of their workforce, our clients
have to taste it and feel it for themselves. They want us to "prove
it!" So, we invite them to send one or two folks to evaluate
the workshop as our guest so they can decide for themselves if our
workshops are right for them. We even buy lunch.
Even
if they aren't ready to use our services at this time we are happy
to have them. Even if they don't think their people need training
we are happy to have them. Even if they think they'll never use our
services, but they are looking for good ideas, we are happy to have
them. After long careers in industries where people were constantly
at risk of injury, we started this business to first and foremost
make a difference - to give people the practical tools and skills
they need to lead safety in their organization to an injury free
workplace. We believe so strongly in our mission that we will teach
people for free.
And,
if it wasn't for our wives we'd teach the world for free. So you
probably figured out we can't teach your entire workforce under this
program. Well, unless you send one person per workshop and we do
about eight open workshops a year, you do the the math, its OK with
us, but that might take a very long time. Seriously, if you have
a small crew you need to train, two to ten people, we'll still give
you the first seat for free.
So
how can you be our guest? Very simple, if you or your company are
looking for good ideas that can make a dramatic difference in the
safety performance of your workforce drop me, V. Scott Pignolet, an
e-mail click
here to e-mail_Scott or give me a call at (281)
359-7234 or become a member and
you'll automatically receive invitations to all of our workshops.
It's that simple.
